The Commercial objective is to maximise value to the club (financial, value-in-kind, reputational) from commercial partnerships, to fund the club goals (especially facilities) but not to subsidise membership club fees. The club does not promote sponsorship of individual teams to avoid overall brand dilution. However, the club would consider specific age group sponsorship partnerships for change kits, training clothing and equipment.
To maximise value, our available and potential rights are separately defined to enable different opportunities (e.g. kit, events, signage, communication channels) to meet the needs of different partners.
To adhere to policy that all our players should look the same (and if possible the same as Windsor & Eton FC senior team) it is not preferred to separate kit rights by age group.
Scope of rights: Windsor & Eton FC Youth is 38 years old and is the FA Charter Standard community club for the Windsor and surrounding area – with 500+ players aged 5-18 in 40+ teams playing at 5 different local venues in 5 different county league systems. The summer tournament is biggest in area featuring 200+ teams and several thousand spectators over one weekend.
The value of kit rights is defined as forecast total cost to provide (including VAT). Value of signage / event rights is judgemental to deliver equivalent value.
All proposed rights are outlined subject to contract to provide guidance to partners - but the club is always open to consider further proposals providing mutual to existing partners and support long-term goals.

The Windsor & Eton FC Youth first kit sponsorship partnership with Konami PES expired at the end of the 2019/20 season so we are looking to find new partners to work with us as we continue to further strive to make our youth football club one of the best community clubs for youth development in the region.
